I went on the Ultimate Goal Trip to Denver. It was an awesome
experience that totally changed my life! I was given the opportunity
to share my testimony in front of a large group of children for
the first time in my life. It was amazing how I learned to totally
depend on God to say the right things at all the right times.
We spent a lot of time building relationships with the kids and
just getting the opportunity to show God's love to them. I learned
so many other things, but one of the most important things I learned
was how ministry can take place in everything we do. Ultimate
Goal not only concentrated on the task at hand of sharing the
Lord with the people we were around for two weeks, but also at
our task as Christians to impact people with our lives at all
times. I came back from this trip with a new outlook on life,
and knowing that everywhere I go can be a mission field. I had
such an awesome time being with people who not only love God,
but love soccer and chose to combine the two into one for the
greater cause of spreading the wonderful news of Jesus Christ!
God totally changed my life through this trip...and my attitude
towards reaching others for Him.
